Come And Take It Dark Roast

In true Americana fashion, CATI takes Colombian beans roasted dark as a liberal soul, with smooth buttery, chocolate, black cherry, and lemon profiles. We roast it right to oil development, the magic oils develop in the cooling tray instead of the roasting drum. This does not create tannins you would normally find in other dark roasts that usually have the bitters, there are no bitters here. Just a smooth dark roast that is sure to please those dark roast lovers.
