In true Americana fashion, CATI takes the same Colombian beans roasted dark as a liberal soul, but smooth buttery Chocolate and black cherry, lemon and because we roast it right to oil development, we let the magic oils develop in the cooling tray instead of the roasting drum so that it does not create the tannins you would normally find in other dark roasts that usually have the bitters, there are no bitters here. Just a smooth dark roast that is sure to please those dark roast lovers.
Medium Acidity and Body, Black Currant, Grape, and Almonds, Dark Chocolate and Cherry Notes on Finish.
