Shipping & Returns

All coffee is freshly roasted by hand and is shipped Monday – Friday from our facility in East Texas within 1-2 business days.  For shipping itself you should expect the shipping carrier to take 2-15 business days depending on carrier to deliver your package.

Free shipping applies to domestic economy shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.  Offer will be applied automatically at checkout.  Valid only for standard domestic shipments within the U.S.  Additional shipping charges apply for expedited shipping.  Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.  Terms and conditions subject to change without notice.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

To qualify for free shipping, simply spend $50.00 or more on eligible items in a single order.  The free shipping option will automatically be applied at checkout for domestic economy shipping within the U.S.

Does free shipping apply to all shipping methods?

No, the free shipping offer applies only to domestic economy shipping.  If you choose expedited shipping additional charges will apply.  The free shipping discount will be applied at checkout on eligible orders.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our coffee, as all our coffee is roasted to order for peak freshness.  Due to its perishable nature and food regulations, coffee cannot be returned for credit or refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION
One-time purchase can be canceled if it has not gone into fulfillment.  Orders marked “fulfilled” NO LONGER can be cancelled.

 Coffee Club subscription orders may be cancelled or paused up to 48 hours prior to Your subscription date.

LOST SHIPMENTS
If a shipment has been lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx) and it is not received, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no charge to the customer.  However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the customer and the delivery confirmation shows “delivered” then our guarantee has been fulfilled, and we will not reship free of charge.
