Building off the base of Victory, Sumatran and Colombian roots, but I was looking for a bit more of a bite and came across the Organic Guatemalan and added it to the green mix and then roasted it dark, again letting the oils develop in the cooling tray instead of the drum and viola… I had to name it Don’t Tread on Me. In true American heritage, this roast boasts incredible bold, punch you in the face flavors that jump out of your mug.
Our darkest roast offers roasted aromas with earthy notes, the most enticing pipe tobacco undertones and hints of dark chocolate.
