Dark roasted to enhance the subtle black tea, cherry, citrus, cranberry, dark chocolate and red currant notes highlight this exceptional roast.

This is a very robust and bold roast that is smooth on the palate, and no bitter aftertaste.

Farmers in the area have developed and retained techniques for growing, harvesting and processing coffee "bean by bean.” Weather conditions (8 °C to 24 °C), geographical (Andean Rainforest) and the geological region determine the production of high quality coffee, with relatively short harvest periods.

CUPPING NOTES: Medium Acidity and Body, Black Currant, Grape, and Almonds, Dark Chocolate and Cherry Notes on Finish.
